These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zetek Electronics website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully. By registering an account, browsing the store, or purchasing products from Zetek Electronics, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

- "Company", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Zetek Electronics, with its principal office in Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria.

- "Products" refers to all electronics, gadgets, appliances, and accessories listed for sale on the Platform.
2. User Accounts and Security
To access certain features of the Platform, including order tracking and saved payment methods, you must register for a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Zetek Electronics reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity.
3. Product Information and Pricing
Accuracy: We strive to display product colors, specifications, and features as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely error-free.
Pricing: All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Zetek Electronics reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product.
4. Orders and Payment
Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt for any reason, including but not limited to inventory shortages or suspected fraud.
Payment Gateway: We use secure, third-party payment processors (such as Paystack, Flutterwave, or similar gateways). By submitting your payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Delivery timelines provided on the Platform are estimates. While we make every effort to deliver within the promised timeframe, Zetek Electronics is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, severe weather, or force majeure events. The risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier or upon your collection of the items.
6. Warranties, Returns, and Refunds
Manufacturer Warranties: Many electronics sold on Zetek Electronics carry standard manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims should typically be directed to the respective manufacturer's service centers.
Returns: Items may be returned in accordance with our official Return Policy. Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with all accessories and manuals included. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that show signs of wear, physical damage, or tampering.
7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
By accessing the Platform, you agree NOT to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to bypass or compromise any security measures, payment gateways, or authentication protocols.
- Use automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to extract data or inventory from the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zetek Electronics and its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform or any Products purchased therein.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lagos, Nigeria. Prior to litigation, parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation or mediation.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
